Established by Robert Palermo in 1995, Perfect Projects creates built environments within the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

With 30 years’ experience in the industry, Robert’s hands-on approach to building and construction is anchored in his understanding of the industry and what it takes to deliver projects of the highest quality and workmanship.

Led by Robert, Perfect Projects pride themselves on their ability to effectively coordinate each part of the project, from design through to delivery, include planning, construction and certification. Adept at managing relationships, this includes the successful administration of consultants, trades, sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring optimal output from all involved in the development and construction process.

Fully qualified within the domestic and commercial building industries, Perfect Projects is registered as both a Domestic Unlimited and Commercial Builder with the Victorian Building Authority. Perfect Projects is also a long-standing member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria.
